Upstairs you will find a very spacious master bedroom with an inviting queen size bed, private walk out deck, full en-suite four piece bathroom and closet laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. Just a short walk down the hall to the front of the home you will find an equally large well appointed second bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and rustic nine drawer dresser. Need an extra bed? No problem, the main floor living room sofa opens up into a very comfortable queen size bed. The sofa in the basement den also becomes a queen size bed as well.

In the summer do you enjoy the water as much as I do? Then hop into my paddle boat, canoe, or kayak and relax and cruise the nice quite bay, or grab my aluminum fishing boat with 9.9 HP motor and try your luck with some of the smallmouth or largemouth bass. Enjoy waterskiing? Then launch my twin engine jet boat and ski or tube the lake. With twin 185 HP engines it has the power to pull any one up on skis. Prefer using your own boat? Then bring it and launch it free from our own boat launch and park it in your own slip.

Do you enjoy the fall and winter season? ATV, hike or cycle and enjoy the color of the changing seasons. Use the cottage as a base, for some of the best hunting in the world, or take advantage of some of the best snow mobile trails in the country. Cross country ski the local trails, or on the still frozen lake, and then come inside and relax by the cozy warm fireplace and just enjoy the food, the company of friends and family, and the view.

A minimum security deposit of $200 is collected to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. The security deposit is due one week prior to arrival and must be in cash or is a credit card authorization by special arrangement. The security deposit is held for 15 days, or where applicable, until phone bills/pay per view bills have cleared. All or part of the security deposit may be used for any breakage or damage, long distance or pay per view charges or for any incidents of non-compliance with the rental contract (which may include cleaning costs).

All bookings made less than 30 days prior to the rental date, must be accompanied with the rent and security deposit in full.

All deposits for rentals are non-refundable on cancelation but may be held for credit on your next stay without expiry.



A $35.00 service charge will be levied against payments returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or payments not cleared.
