45 Days prior to arrival.

Refunds: Total amount minus $100.00 deposit prior to 45 days from arrival. 50%refund 30 days before arrival. No refund with seven days before arrival. From December 20 to March 2, no refund will be given if cancellation is not done 30 days before arrival.
