Reservation deposit of 20% or $200 whichever is greater at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to checking in.

Security deposit of $300 at time of final rent payment.

Cancellation
In the case of cancellation, owner will make best effort to re-rent your unit. If re-rented, owner will refund your payment made less a $50 administration fee. If owner is unable to re-rent your unit, you may lose part or all of your payment depending on the timing of your written cancellation notice. For no shows or early departures, we regretfully issue no refunds.

& Taxes
Cleaning fee: A one time cleaning fee of $65 applies if booking is less than 7 nights.

Taxes: Standard taxes of 13% applies to all short term rentals (less than 6 months).
