Paypal, Money Order, Online Bank Payment or Personal Check (U.S. banks only). For personal checks, please allow 5 to 7 business days to clear. Checks returned due to not sufficient fund will incur a $25 charge.

Reservation deposit of 20% or $200 whichever is greater at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to checking in.
Security deposit of $300 at time of final rent payment.
In the case of cancellation, owner will make best effort to re-rent your unit. If re-rented, owner will refund your payment made less a $50 administration fee. If owner is unable to re-rent your unit, you may lose part or all of your payment depending on the timing of your written cancellation notice. Refer to Owner's Personal Website for Terms and Conditions.
For no shows or early departures, we regretfully issue no refunds.
