Curacao Vacation Rentals:At the Caribbean Beach Resort complex in Willemstad you'll find my vacation home: a nice, modern and comfortable holiday home in Curacao. A beautiful pool is located on this intimate and private resort, the beach is only a ten minute walk away. All in all an ideal start for a marvelous caribbean holiday!

Downstairs you'll find a living, the kitchen and a toillet. Of course the living has internet access and a TV. In the living you'll also find an easy to use sleeping couch, that can be transformed in a comfortable double bed!

Upstairs you'll find a cosy sleeping room, a nice spacious bathroom and a beautifull sea-view balcony. The sleeping room has a huge double bed and a walk-inn closet. One of the most stunning places in the house in the balcony: the ideal location for a nice breakfast or a romantic glass of wine in the sunset.

The house is located in Willemstad, near the Hilton - and the Mariot Hotel.The holiday house is located on a small, fenced complex in a well developed area. At the resort you'll find a pool and of course a place to park your car.

PRICES

$ 110,- per day for the house, excluding the electricity cost$ 10,- per person per day if more than 2 will stay in the house (maximum 4 in total)$ 40,- for and cleaning and for each extra interim clean up requested (minimum once per week)$ 450,- guarantee payment (of course this will be returned when you leave the house in good order)

If the airco is used in a normal way (and the other electrical equipment) the costs for electricity will be around $ 50,- per week.

If the rental period is shorter than 5 days, there will be a premium of $ 75,- per stay.

Method of payment:- 50% of the rental sum needs to be paid when the reservation is made- 3 weeks before the rental period starts, the remainer of the rent needs to be transferred - At arrival, the guarantee payment needs to be hand over to the landlord, when leaving the guarantee payment and the electricity will be settled
