All within a 5 minute to 45 minute max drive from the villa you can explore more beaches/cenotes and caves, Mayan ruins, eco parks, jungle tours, diving/snorkeling/fishing, zoo, 9 championship golf courses, shopping, fine & local dining and nightlife.Airport is 20 minutes away, Playa del Carmen is 15 minutes away, Puerto Morelos is 7 minutes away, Tulum Mayan Ruins is 45 minutes away, Cancun Hotel Zone 35 minutes away. Cozumel is 15 minutes by car then 30 minutes by Ferry, Isla Mujeres is 40 minutes away then 30 minutes by Ferry or........You can simply stay put at our Casa del Secreto and let the staff pamper you !!!

Our Secreto Beach Club is next door and has hanging beds for sunning/reading/relaxing, authentic grass shade Palapas,lounge chairs and etc. Wave Runner/Parasailing rides can be brought to beach front of villa for rent by concierge along with dive/snorkel trips with pick up on beach in front of villa.

We require 50% (75% for Holiday weeks) of the total rental rate including tax to confirm a reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to reservation date. We accept personal checks sent to our Texas office or payment with credit card through the website. Payments with credit card have an additional charge of 5% of the total amount to be charged.

A $500. Security Deposit is due upon check-in at the villa in cash or travelers checks only. Security Deposit is refundable the day of departure less any applicable charges for damages.Check-in Time: 3:30 pm, Check-out time: 11:00 am



NO REFUNDS Any and all Cancellations for any reason due to personal reasons or acts of nature such as Hurricanes will ber resheduled for a later date with in a 1 year period of teh original reservation dates. We HIGHLY suggest trip insurance to the unexpected.
