It has a TV, safe box, king size bed and plenty of stoarge place. The next room is the living, where you´ll find two sofas that provide extra sleeping space if necessary. There is also the full kitchen and eating area for 4 persons. The apartment hs one full bathroom.The complex also offers a rooftop solarium with lounge chairs to work on your tan or to relax with a book and a drink in the afernoon, a dip pool and spectacular view of Playa and the ocean.Downstairs you´ll find a convenience store open until late. The rate includes access to our associate beach club as well as complimentary use of the gym, jacuzzis, Thalahasso and pool areas of our first class associate Spa.

One of the most famous place in Playa del Carmen is the Quinta Avenida, a pedestrian avenue, as long as 3 km, full of restaurants, shops, cafés, bars, exciting night life. The Quinta is just 5 minues from the apartments, walking.The beach is wonderfu, the ocean absolutly beautiful, and diving and snorkeling are some of the favourite activities in the area, beacuse of the incredible coral reefs.15 minutes from Playa is a famous ecopark called Xcaret, a must for visitors of all ages. You may also visit the Mayuan ruins (Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza) which are from 45 minutes to 3 hours from Playa del Carmen. There are many beautiful spots on the way, secluded beaches, little towns, wonderful natural spots.

If for any reason you are unable to assist, we will give you credit of your stay for a year starting on your original arrival day.Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before check-in will retain the full deposit as credit for a future stay. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in will suffer a one night penalty, all remaining nights will be held as credit for future use. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will lose the entire deposit.
