Cottage #4, which is a two bedroom unit, is located behind the duplex unit and rents for $1300 a week or ($2500 a month) or ($250 per day). There is an additional 11.5% tax. Cottage 1, 2, & 3 has a 4-person maximum. Cottage #4 has a 6-person maximum. All cottages have a 3 night minimum. All the cottages are furnished in the same manner. Cottages 1, 2, & 3 are one bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Cottage #4 is a two-bedroom unit with 2 queen size beds and two futons in the living room. All have full kitchens and all linens are furnished. All have screened porches with patio furniture and gas grills. All have central a/c and heat. There is a wash & dryer for your convenience and the detergent is furnished.
