...Each Lower Keys condo will accommodate four people. Cottage #4 accommodates six people. There is a wash and dryer for your convenience and the detergent is furnished.

Smoking is prohibited in al our Lower Keys vacation cottages. Sorry no pets allowed.

Cottage #1 is only about 20ft off the water and rents for $1000 a week or ($2000 per month) or ($250 per night). Cottage #2 & #3 is a duplex unit. It is located about 75ft off the water. Cottage #2 has a water view and rents for $800 a week or ($1800 a month) or ($200 per night). Cottage #3 is the backside of the duplex and it rents for $700 a week or ($1800 a month) or ($200 per day). Cottage #4, which is a two bedroom unit, is located behind the duplex unit and rents for $1300 a week or ($2500 a month) or ($250 per day). There is an additional 11.5% tax. Cottage 1, 2, & 3 has a 4-person maximum. Cottage #4 has a 6-person maximum. All cottages have a 3 night minimum. All the cottages are furnished in the same manner. Cottages 1, 2, & 3 are one bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Cottage #4 is a two-bedroom unit with 2 queen size beds and two futons in the living room.
