Master bathroom includes shower, well lighted mirror, and large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom (upstairs) has a king-sized bed or two twin beds with it's own bathroom and closet.
The third bedroom is the cabaña with a queen-sized bed and it's own bathroom. It can sleep up to seven people, but is not recommended for families with infants or very young children due to open stairs.
No personal laundry is available. Personal laundry can be picked up by the 'La Pila' laundry service in the morning and have it back by the late afternoon or next morning. There is also the lavanderia 'Arco Iris' in the Pasaje Allende but you have to take it to them.
Apartments are one room efficiencies with kitchenetts and bathrooms. 1 or 2 people only. See photos.Can be rented in conjunction with the main house.Front house is a two bedroom, 1 full bathroom house and rents separately but also can be rented with the main house and/or apartments. please inquire.Availability Calendar is for the main house only. Please inquire regarding front house and/or apartment rentals

You can learn Spanish at the Academia Hispano Americano, which is only two blocks from the house.
San Miguel de Allende has many fine restaurants ('El Pegaso', located across from the post office or 'La Bugambilia' on Calle Hidalgo) and they are reasonably priced.
Lots of people speak English there and they like it when visitors learn some Spanish. The people are very friendly.
You can take lots of day trips to see arts and crafts, ruins and there are also lots of hot springs just outside of San Miguel de Allende.

VISA and Master Card accepted. All credit card transactions require a $20.00 admin fee.* Rates are for the first 2 people. Add $50/week per person up to 6 people. Add $100/month per person up to 6 people. This does not apply to children under 7 years of age.* Holiday Weeks ADD $100: Semana Santa (Easter week), Fiestas in September, Christmas & New Years.
