Main house built in 1970 by VW guru John Muir (How To Keep Your Volkswagen Alive, cir.1968), the house has a large spacious living area (40'x30'=1200 square feet approximately) includes living room with large fireplace (gas), dinning area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and day bed (double) and a fold out couch. Lots of light. Long flowing curtains from ceiling to floor to give more privacy.
Broadband Internet available. You need to bring a lap top to access Internet. We do not provide a computer.

Master bathroom includes shower, well lighted mirror, and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom (upstairs) has a king-sized bed or two twin beds with it's own bathroom and closet.

The third bedroom is the cabaña with a queen-sized bed and it's own bathroom.

It can sleep up to seven people, but is not recommended for families with infants or very young children due to open stairs.

No personal laundry is available. Personal laundry can be picked up by the 'La Pila' laundry service in the morning and have it back by the late afternoon or next morning. There is also the lavanderia 'Arco Iris' in the Pasaje Allende but you have to take it to them.

Apartments are one room efficiencies with kitchenetts and bathrooms. 1 or 2 people only. See photos.
Can be rented in conjunction with the main house.
Front house is a two bedroom, 1 full bathroom house and rents separately but also can be rented with the main house and/or apartments. please inquire.

Security deposit of $200.00 USD required for all rentals.
$250.00 USD phone deposit required.
All deposits to be returned in-part, or in-full, after house and phone bill have been reviewed from your stay. This usually takes up to four weeks for security deposits and up to six to eight weeks for phone deposits. Tel-mex takes a month to get the bill to us.
We recommend using Skype on your computer for long distance calling and/or your cell phone having international calling plan.


Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation with more than 60 days before the start date of your reservation you will be refunded 50% of your rental deposit, and you forfeit your security deposit. If you cancel with less than 60 days before your start date, you forfeit all your rent AND deposits.
