Reservations
Weekly reservations begin 3 PM SATURDAY and end 10 AM the following SATURDAY. PARTIAL week reservations and/or NIGHTLY will NOT be made more than a week in advance and subject to unit availability.
Check-In
Check-in is on Saturday between 3PM and 6PM during June, July and August only. Please plan your arrival according to the hours of Check-In as we CANNOT guarantee accommodations before the stated check-in hours. All final payments must be PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to check-in date. Personal checks are not accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival. If you will be a late arrival, please let us know so specific arrangements can be made for you.
Check-Out Before 10 AM
Departure maid service is included in all rental rates. We ask our guests to prepare the unit for departure by emptying the refrigerator, taking out all trash, loading and starting dishwasher, stripping and making beds, placing any rented linen in a bundle on any bathroom floor, close and lock all windows, close blinds, turn out all lights, lock doors and return all keys to our rental agent. No late check-outs allowed.

Deposit
A DEPOSIT of half of the total rent is required within two (2) weeks of making your reservation, time permitting of course. The balance, including sales tax (10%) on total rent will be due 30 days prior to check-in day.
Refunds on a cancellation will be 80% of your deposit and only if the unit is rented for the time you initially reserved. There will be a $50.00 charge for all returned checks. Please note that we reserve the right to refund deposit and/or discontinue occupancy, if, in our opinion, any transaction and/or your use of our unit is detrimental to the premises. Also, should any person and/or group misrepresent it self, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund. The unit will not be rented to anyone under the age of 25. No house party groups, chaperoned or unchaperoned.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED & THIS IS A NON - SMOKING UNIT!!
Maintenance, Rebates, Refunds:
All the equipment in SEA VIEW A should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment promptly to our rental agent! We will make every reasonable effort to have the repairs made as soon as possible. NO REDUCTION, REBATE OR REFUND of rent will be issued for any mechanical failure of air conditioning/heat, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, TV, washer/dryer or other appliances.
Tentative Reservations
Tentative reservations may be made for the following year by payment of a $25.00 reservation holding fee. This fee only reserves your rights to the requested week and DOES NOT apply to the rental rate. Tentative Reservations may be made at any time, Monday-Friday, only during the week you are here. This fee is not transferable and will be refunded only if SEA VIEW A is not available for your occupancy. Tentative Reservations must be confirmed with a full rental deposit prior to January 15th of the following year.
SC State Tax of 10% will be added to rates noted above. Cleaning fee is included in the weekly rates noted above. Cleaning charge for other stays to be quoted at time of inquiry.
