$300 security deposit ( refundable after departure).$250 deposit at time of booking to secure dates, balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
If cancelled more than 6 weeks to arrival, booking deposit retained to cover admin/re-booking costs.If cancelled less than 6 weeks to arrival, booking deposit + 20% of total charge.
Cleaning fee of $100 for bookings of 5 nights or less.Pool heating (advisable Oct to March) ....flat rate fee of $50
