The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle to accommodate two guests. Another bedding option is the queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Your typical day at The Palms of Destin Resort and Spa could be like this---Wake up in the morning and stroll down to The Bean Trader for your delicious cup of Starbuck's coffee and a pastry, read your favorite paper and use the Wi-Fi service to catch up on things. Next you can round the family up and enjoy the large lagoon pool or maybe jump on the shuttle and head over to the beach just a minute away. Oh, it is just you and your spouse, then relax at the spa and fitness center, take a long soak in the large hot tub and follow it all up with a scrumptious evening meal at the brand new, on-site Trader Vic's Restaurant. You can do all of this and never have to get back in your car. The Palms of Destin can give it all to you!!
The Palms is within walking distance of several good and fun restaurants. They include Landry's Seafood, Joe's Crab Shack, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Cafe Grazie, Ruth's Chris, Ruby Tuesday and Hooters. Wal-Mart and other shopping is also a short walk as well.
