An authentic western good morning with Jackson's own Cowboy Coffee.
The lodge is a 3 level log home and sits on three acres of land along with my house which is set kitty corner and to the rear of the lodge. The upper most level consists of a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, walk in closet, bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi/Tub. The second level contains a large living area with a wet bar, a 4 foot long high def TV/DVD/stereo, queen bedroom [the Bear Room], washer/dryer [products included], linen closet, kitchen/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 20 and includes every tool the serious chef would ever wish for.Step inside our custom log cabin to find a lodge big enough for you and nine other dreamers...
But the Master Suite is only built for two. There's room for the rest in the three other bedrooms and two more baths. With plenty of comfort to go around...
Leather couches in the living room, and custom-made log furniture throughout. The interior is so grand and comfortable, it might make you forget the Tetons.
Down the hallway there is a complete stereo system, washer/dryer (detergents, etc. included), queen bedroom (the Bear Room) and 2nd bath with tub/shower. Also on this level is a kitchen/dining area, with a large picture window overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve 20 or more with every appliance you could ever need from Henkle Knives to an espresso machine and Cuisinart. The Rocking-V also supplies your basic seasonings and Jackson's own Cowboy Coffee.
Both living areas have a glass gas stove which is thermostatically controlled. All linens, towels and robes are of the finest Egyptian cotton and come with the lodge.
Every room has a theme and the beds are custom made from the log frames down to the unique duvets, bed ruffles etc. There is a wrap around deck with Adirondack chairs, tables, BBQ, and hot tub.

Outdoors there is a large grassy area and garden. Behind the gardens there is an 18-foot tipi, fire pit, trampoline, and the separate cabin. Plenty of space to entertain adults and children.
Take a stroll through our garden .. Or play with the kids in the 18 foot tipi, jump around on the trampoline, build a fire in the firepit, or play shoes Everything in the Rocking-V is original and most are from local artists.
Your host at the Rocking-V conveniently located next door-Don't worry though, there is plenty of privacy. You can't even see the house from any of the windows of the Rocking-V. But, we are close by if you should need anything.Still, you may want to step outside...From the wrap-around deck there is a beautiful view of Munger Mountain to the south. Venture into the acres of gorgeous gardens and landscaping. Or journey by Nordic skis or bicycle on our community's pathways. Take a mountain excursion via snowmobile or snowshoe. And with twelve miles to Jackson Hole Ski Resort, four miles to Snow King, and three-mile jaunt into town, you are a moment away from your high mountain passions.

$1000 deposit to secure your dates...
A reservation/security deposit of $1000 plus $500 refundable cleaning deposit by check or money order is due 7 days after the reservation is made. Full payment of the rental balance is due the month before your arrival.
Cancellations made 30 days or longer before arrival will forfeit 50% of all monies paid: cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid. If the property is rebooked for the same time period and the full rental amount, the reservation/security deposit monies will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. If the property is rebooked for less than the original time period and rental amount, the difference will be deducted from the reservation/security deposit monies held and the balance will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
