Once we have received the first payment , we will send you the details of the date by which the remainder of the rental amount must be paid. We will also email you an information sheet with the following details: address of the apartement , access code, telephone number of the apartement, Metro station and contact details.CHECK IN will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival.The apartement must be vacated at 10 am on the day of your departure.It may be possible for you to collect the keys at 10 am on the morning of your arrival if the apartement is already vacant and if we are available to welcome you. In any case, we request that you allow a period of two hours before moving into the apartement in order that the cleaner may finish her work.We regret that no animals are permitted in any of our apartments.An additional charge of 50 Euros ($50) will be deducted from your deposit if we deem that the apartment has not been left in a clean and tidy state.

A local map of the area will enable you to locate the best shops and to visit the most beautiful monuments on foot. The best way to get around Paris is by bus or Metro.These are the most popular and safe means of transport in Paris (be careful of pickpockets though!). A single Metro ticket costs (1,40 euros), a 'carnet' of 10 tickets (10.70 euros). The cost of an RER (fast regional underground train) depends on the distance travelled. In the centre of Paris, the cost is the same as a regular Metro ticket. The same ticket is also valid on buses.
