* Casa Colorida is a stunning Mexican Hacienda Villa, beach-style. The south and north wings are separate, yet form a total integrated dream vacation home. Both of these Troncones units are separated from Casa Colorida's 80-meter wide beach frontage by dense and beautifully landscaped gardens that provide shade and privacy to all units.

Thick rock and adobe walls, hand hewn structural posts, black rock arches and heavy wooden Mexican doors, tile and white stone floors, and wide romantic terraces make this home paradise. The units, surrounded and buffered by the dense and cooling tropical growth in the garden, can be rented as two spacious but separate homes, or in combination.

The south wing consists of one King Oceanside bedroom, and one twin bedroom (convertible to King if requested), each with private bath. The newly updated wing features 20 foot ceilings with ceiling fans, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace on three sides of the Troncones vacation home, living and outside dining areas. The Mexican country house is furnished with locally crafted wood cabinets and traditional equipale (leather and wood furniture). This 2000 square foot hacienda is surrounded by colorful tropical vegetation and is just a few steps from the white sand beaches that seem to go on forever!The north wing consists of an Oceanfront Master Bedroom Suite which opens to an ocean front terrace. A spectacular black rock fireplace, 20 foot ceilings, and a seating area complete this stunning master bedroom. The kitchen and dining area have both pool and oceanfront seating. The dining room and living area overlook the pool and ocean. The oceanfront living area contains another dramatic fireplace, niches with collectibles, and reflects the Mexican Hacienda country look.

*Our newest additions to the Casa Colorida property are the New Palapa Suites Marcos and Teresa. These two new Suites are located to the south of the Casa Palapa Home.

These Suites share the three acre Casa Colorida ocean front property, screened effectively from the front units by the lush flowering vegetation of the surrounding gardens. The Suites can be rented in conjunction with other homes on the property, rented together, or rented separately. The Suites have maid services and all of the amenities, including the waterfront infinity swimming pool, of the Casa Colorida property.

The Palapa Suites can be combined with the Casa Palapa Home, or remain separate as Suites. A two story black rock wall separates the Suites from the Casa Palapa Home.

*The infinity oceanfront pool was used by Sports Illustrated as a photo shoot site for the swimsuit edition. The Troncones vacation property is a three minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Daily maid service, except Sundays, is included.

A series of hand-tiled and pebbled walks, garden trellises, foot baths, artistic statuary and cooling fountains enhance the park-like grounds.

Our Infinity swimming pool, designed by the renowned architectural firm, Zozaya Arquitectos, S.A., was chosen as a photo shoot site for the 2000 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. The pool, which overlooks the ocean, contains a bar, partial shade, and water cascading over large boulders. Adjoining the pool is a shaded, palapa entertainment area, complete with a grill.
