Beach Real Estate Inc., Condos from 1 to 4 BR Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
In order to book, we must receive an initial payment of one third of the rent rate plus state and county tax (9%) and a $60 non-refundable processes sing fee, within 5 days of making the initial reservation. If the initial deposit is not received by 5pm on the 5th day, the reservation will be canceled without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, check, or money order. A Lodging Agreement will be sent out upon receipt of the initial payment. Balance payments are due in full by 30 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for inclement weather or other activities beyond the control of the owner or real estate company.

Security deposits are paid with the balance payments for the reservation. They will be returned within 30 days of departure date. Please report any damages upon check-in to protect your security deposit. Damages to the unit will be deducted from the security deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, deposit is forfeited entirely unless property is re-rented. If property is re-rented, then 16% of the gross rent rate is forfeited, and the balance of the deposit is refunded. All cancellations must be in writing. The owner or his agent reserves the right to cancel any reservation prior to occupancy, and will in this event refund all monies received. Transfers to another property or dates at the GuestÂ’s request will be treated as a cancellation.
