One can see from the first glance that this is a really special place. Visible from a great distance, standing as it does on the highest ground in the area, it offers an imposing sight, built in the traditional style using stone and old bricks, with wooden ceilings and tile roofs, the timber exposed to the interior all blending harmoniously into the natural setting.
On one side the sea and lagoon, on the other the mountain and olive groves. Spacious verandas, one looking east and one west, affording fabulous views of the sun setting into the waters of the Ionian Sea, transforming both sea and sky into an astonishing range of colors.
