You may choose a room, suite, apartment, or cottage and each will have a private entrance, tropical courtyard or balcony, air conditioning, private bathroom, cable television, refrigerator, coffee maker, and free high speed internet. In addition, most have a full kitchen, direct dial phone with free local calls, and some have features such as a sauna, jacuzzi tub, or off-street parking.

Monthly corporate rentals will include weekly maid service and utilities. Additional concierge and business services will be available upon request.

Deposits
A minimum of 2 nights or 50% (whichever is greater) is required for nightly rentals.Weekly rentals must be paid in full prior to check in.Monthly rentals require the first month and security deposit to be paid prior to check in.Rent for subsequent months will be due 2 weeks prior to the first of the month if paid by check or 1 week prior to the first of the month if paid credit card or on the first of each month if paid by wire transfer.

Cancellation
Reservations for Special Events, Holidays, Conventions and Extended Stays are non-refundable and non-cancelable.Nightly and weekly reservations that do not occur during holidays, special events, festivals or conventions are non-refundable but may qualify for rescheduling with a minimum of 30 days notice.
