The covered patio has a built in fireplace and gas BBQ as well as a Weber BBQ. It has comfortable furniture and roll up blinds for bad weather. The kitchen is open plan to the living area, but has a separate closable scullery/laundry. There are 2 domestic ladies living on the property for all cleaning and servicing. A gardener comes 5 days a week to maintain the garden and swimming pool.

There are a basket ball and trampoline in the garden. The property is neighbours with Groot Constantia wine estate, the oldest in South Africa. There are 2 great restaurant on the estate. Within 5min walking is an small upmarket shopping centre with a top Woolworths food store and another 3 fantastic restaurants and various other shops. The main shopping centre in Constantia is 5min driving away. All the top beaches in Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, city of Cape Town and all other cape attractions are within very easy reach from Constantia. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests which offer many walks, mountain climbing and biking trails.
