Standard Guest Ranch Stay – A Standard Guest Ranch Stay sleeping accomodation includes a standard 13ft x 13ft private bedroom on the lower level of the ranch house. It is important to note that a ‘bedroom’ consist of one room with either a full size bed or bunk beds to accommodate the number in your family. The bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom. Please note that while the ‘bedrooms’ do not have any views of the horses or the mountains…the horses and mountain views are everywhere once you go outside! And remember, there will only be a total of eight to ten guests at the ranch during your stay!
Cowboy Delux Guest Ranch Stay – A Cowboy Delux Guest Ranch Stay sleeping accomodation includes our large ‘cowboy themed’ Bunkhouse Family Suite. This three room suite is located on the main level of the ranch house and has a private bathroom and over 600 sq. ft of living and sleeping space. The suite has its own entrance to the main deck with a gorgeous mountain view along with a glorious morning sunrise! The view from your bunkhouse will not only include the beautiful foothills of Tennessee but it will also allow you to keep an eye on your guest ranch horses in the field! One bunk bed in the suite has a full size bed on the bottom which is great for mom & dad. The kids can stay in your bedroom or choose a bunkbed from any of the three rooms in your suite. And remember, there are only a total of eight to ten guests at the ranch during our stay!
Exclusive Ranch Owner Stay – An Exclusive Ranch Owner Stay includes the private Bunkhouse Family Suite (described in the Cowboy Delux Stay) as your sleeping accomodations. However…your family will be the only guests booked at the ranch during your Exclusive Ranch Owner Stay! That’s right! You’ll feel like you own the ranch! But don’t worry, you’re a working ranch owner while you’re here so you will still be getting plenty of hard work with those beautiful guest ranch horses! You will have your own guest ranch horse of course, but you can even have the opportunity to try out a few more! Enjoy all the horsemanship and horses you can handle during your stay on the ranch! You can even have your own schedule while at the ranch…as long as it still fits the horses schedule that is!
