This is our only beach rental (we do not have any others in FL), so check the calander to save time in case we are already booked. INQUIRE for last minute discounts and early bird discounts - a great way to save, even in the high season. Personal checks, cashiers checks, credit cards (most), are all accepted. All guests must be 25 years or older (except accompanying children) and provide a copy of license along with payment. Special offers apply to all dates indicated except holidays. Rates based on up to 2 adults and 2-3 children or 4 adults. Always call to discuss amenities and rates or w/ questions. Deposits
50% of rental due upon reservation, balance (inclusive of taxes and cleaning, DSL, etc.) is due at least 30 days before arrival. REFUNDABLE $750 Security deposit (paid seperately ) or held on credit card.

Cancellation
30 days notice is required for off season rentals. 60 days is required for holidays and high season bookings. Where we can re-rent the home, a full refund will be given. If property cannot be re-rented, however, a minimum of 1-3 nights of rental fee will be charged. A portion of this amount this $ amount can be applied toward a future stays (but are subject to availability).

& Taxes
Mandatory 11% state occupancy tax - and caretakers fee $100 (cleaning lady & outside caretaker), excessive cleaning and laundry may result in extra charge.Pool/spa heat included & ONLY charged for overage use (excessive usage above normal electric bill). Details on reservation pkg. $20 per stay fee for wifi, printer, DVR cable service and unlmtd long distance to US/CA/PR/Carrib. For $4.95, we can provide a World Plan for100 minutes of long distance to most of Europe, Scandinavian areas.
