The ‘KOETSHUIS' is an authentic coach-house in the garden of an old mansion, in which the hostess and the host, both psychologists, have their practice. It is situated in a quiet street in the historical centre of Bruges, at walking distance from the station, the beguinage, the Burg and the Markt (Market Square).

The ‘KOETSHUIS' has a spacious and cosy dining and sitting room with a beautiful open fire and two bedrooms. The private garden with terrace has a view on Miinnewater Park (Lake of love) and its castle and is only separated from it by a canal.

Each bedroom has a cosy nook, a bathroom with toilet, washstand and jacuzzi. Both rooms offer a view of the towers of Bruges. One room looks out on Minnewater Park, the other one on the garden of the mansion.

In the ‘KOETSHUIS' you feel how age-old authenticity and modern comfort match in perfect harmony. Under the arched vaults of the dining room you find a kitchenette with two hot plates, a coffee machine and a fridge. The fridge contains different sorts of Belgian regional beer and bottles of wine at democratic prices.

An extensive breakfast is served in the dining room or outside on the terrace.

There are many bistros and restaurants in different price classes in the neighbourhood. On your request the hostess and the host will help you choose or reserve a table. With pleasure they'll inform their guests on their historical city and its cultural activities.
