The house is situated 1150 m above sea level in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The house is perfect for a cosy winter holiday - far away from the hubbub but despite that winter enjoyment is still guaranteed in the well-known ski resorts of Pass Thurn/Kitzbuehel, Wildkogel (15 km) and Gerlos! From winter 2005/06 there will be a new shuttle railway from Hollersbach into the Kitzbuehel ski resort.
