Situated in the popular Bridgewater Crossing area, a quiet award winning community, only 10 minutes from all Disney parks. The villa is located in a protected nature reserve with ponds, wetland and a deep water lake.

It is located on County Road 54 but with quick and easy access to Interstate 4.

Other facilities that are available include a community swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a 'tot-lot'. There are also lakeside walks. Near the development is a filling station with convenience store, take out food and pizza service, video rental and English newspapers. Only 3 minutes away is the entrance to Champions Gate where there are two Greg Norman designed golf courses and a large Publix supermarket.

Our Florida vacation home is situated in a quiet lakefront location and was furnished by a professional interior decorator. The fully screened solar heated swimming pool overlooks a small lake where a variety of wildlife can be observed, for example we have seen turtles, egrets, herons and otters in and around the lake and a family of sandhill cranes are often to be seen on the sub division.

BEDROOMS ; master with fully equipped en-suite bathroom and TV, queen wih own bathroom, twin and bunks bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus sofa bed. Further child cot available free of charge.

DINING ; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, separate dining area, al fresco cooking with a gas barbeque in a covered outdoor poolside area. Child high chair provided.

LOUNGE ; large family area with cable TV/DVD and with access to pool area, plus smaller lounge area with CD.

POOL ; secluded, screened, solar heated oversized pool with underwater lighting. Large poolside seating area with both shaded and unshaded areas. Access from family lounge, master bedroom and dining room, together with side door entrance leading to bathroom. Child alarms on all doors leading to pool.

Confirmation of a booking requires a £100/US$150 non-refundable deposit, and a completed and signed Booking Form. A telephone booking will be held for 7 days. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required.

Security DepositA refundable security deposit of £150/US$200 is required at the time of final payment. All or part of the sum will be retained to cover any breakages, damage, telephone bill, non-return of the keys or any other unpaid items. After the villa has been inspected, the deposit will be returned.

Cancellation
Final PaymentThe balance of the rental sum is due at least 6 weeks prior to departure. Should payment not reach us within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit will be lost.
