Basically I am looking at renting to the business traveler, or vacation rental. Short term rentals. Daily is $395.00 weekly $2495.00 and monthly is $7500.00. If I should have an opening on a last minute rental I may be able to work on the price for shorter stays. Run by your needs to me and I will try to work with your situation.
If you travel with your work and stay in hotels while in Los Angeles, this can't be more perfect. Home away from home for less the cost of hotel living. All utilities, internet and cable (with premiere stations) are included. Maid service and laundry area are available. All that is needed is a tooth brush.
