Cookies Paradise is located in Villa Borinquen in one cuerda (acre) of land. It has a gated private entrance and a garage. It is located only minutes away from Isabel II and the beaches.

There are 2 Vieques vacation units available for rent. The upstairs unit has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The downstairs unit has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 2 huge terraces with ocean and mountain view. It has a washer and dryer, all stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is Satellite TV in living room and in master bedroom. Satellite for WiFi is also available. All bedrooms are equipped with split unit A/C.There is also a huge pool with gazebo and full bathroom.

The Downstairs Vieques Unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath fully renovated, A/C throughout whole house. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer. The house has beautiful views of ocean and mountain. There are 2 Huge Terraces, one is covered and with ceiling fans, stainless steel BBQ grill and the other is a sundeck. There is also a treadmill-Exercise equipment available.

A Hyundai Santa Fe SUV car is available for rent upon request.

The Vieques vacation House can be rented as 2 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, or 6 bedrooms.

The rate is $1275/wk for the 4 BR Villa with pool plus 7% tax. Or $225/night minimum 3 nights The rate is $975/wk for the 2 BR Villa with pool plus a 7% tax. Or $175/night minimum 3 nights. There is a one time cleaning fee of $60 When the same party rents both Villas there is a discounted rate of $2150/wk for both Villas. Christmas week and New Years week the rates are: 2 BR Villa with pool $1600/wk plus tax 4 BR Villa with pool $2300/wk plus tax Deposits
