Toscana Terrace Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
A. To secure a reservation with owner, lessee agrees to pay a 200 refundable security/damage deposit for unit is rented by bank transfer in advance. No reservations are guaranteed until the transfer arrives and rental agreement is signed and returned to owner. If you cancel after this agreement the cancellation policy will be executed. Any changes to reservation after the agreement is signed will be subject to a one-time 40 administrative processing charge.
B. Security/Damage deposits and refunds are returned via banktransfer or paid back on departure.
C. A non-refundable 40.00 cleaning fee will be added to all reservations.
D. Final payment of rent is due 5 days prior to arrival by banktarnsfer or in case of last minute reservation (<3 days in advance) paid in cash at arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from transferred amount (prepayment and deposit.) WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE!!!!
