This Air Conditioned luxurious, spacious, private home in Playa Del Carmen features breath-taking views of the Carribean Sea from all four bedrooms, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, terraces, and spacious rooftop patio. COMPUTER AND HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET available as an option. we have just installed a whole house automatic generator; which powers 90% of the house.
It is 75 footsteps from the white sandy beach situated in the private, gated, beachfront community of Playacar (in Phase 1). Large Private Swimming Pool with sit in bar overlooking Carribean Sea. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown 5th St.

Deposits
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance, plus $400.00 security deposit, due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Holiday or special event bookings requires full payment for Christmas and New Years and no refund for cancellation at anytime for any reason.
Cancellation for other times is 50% FOR 61 90 DAYS notice. No refund for 0 60 days. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made.
& Taxes
12% Mexico Surcharge will be added to rates listed above.
