There are 2 large balconies - one has a view of the Ocean and the other overlooks the Marina and Intracoastal, both balconies totaling over 300 sq. ft. The configuration of the buildings at The Links is quite different from traditional multi-story buildings. There is a circular drive up which allows you to park on the floor which your unit is located. There are shopping carts located at the doorways to assist in moving items from your car into the unit. In addition, there are elevators, of course, allowing you to travel to the ground floor to take quick advantage of all of the resort amenities.
The Harbour Village Resort complex has numerous workout rooms, many swimming pools, a private, oceanfront beach club, a par 3 golf course, tennis courts, a marina, clubhouse, and a private restaurant/bar, etc.

Rental period is for a minimum of one month. Rates can be negotiated for extended stays. A refundable security deposit of $500 is due in advance of arrival. Pets must be approved in advance and require an additional $250 pet deposit for each pet.
