A refundable (if no damages) deposit of $500 plus half of the balance of rent and tax is required at the time you make your reservation. The remaining balance of rent and tax is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival if time permits or upon your arrival.
Check In time: 3 pm (Can make arragements for earlier if available) Check Out time: 12 PM Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice
