The house is fully equipted. Blankets and pillows are included but linens are available for a small fee. There is a wood burning stove and brand new washer and dryer in the finished basement. The fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher are 2 years old. There is a one car garage. Room air conditioners in the master bedroom and loft (which cools most of the house). All rooms have ceiling fans. The community has a huge pool, lake with beach, boating, and fishing, skiing, stables for pony and trail rides, tennis courts, handball courts, basketball courts, horseshoes, a ski lodge with arcade and restaurant, fitness center, and many scheduled activities and entertainment.
