$1,500 Security Deposit for rentals less than 6 months, 1 month rent Security Deposit for rentals 6 months and over.
No Pets allowed

Cancellation
The reservation agreement is cancelable by the Guest up to Sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date (EXCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS). All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a $500.00 cancellation/administration fee. The $500.00 will be reduced from any deposit made and the difference refunded. If the reservation is not timely cancelled as provided herein, for any reason whatsoever, it shall result in the forfeiture of all monies and deposits paid to Fl. Elite Group & Realty.

13% Resort Tax for rentals less than 6 months, $150 Exit Cleaning fee (taxable), $75 Processing fee (taxable), $100 Tenant screening fee for rentals 6 months and over
