You are within walking distance to everything: the beach, the Mexican bazaar, the supermarket, the finest Mexican and international restaurants which Vallarta has to offer. We are just a couple of blocks from Vallarta's new and trendy restaurant row, where you will find great restaurants of all different prices and tastes. We are 3 blocks south of the river and 6 blocks up from the beach, a truly perfect location.

The Puerto Vallarta vacation homes are located on a cul de sac in a residential section of Puerto Vallarta. Included are the services of an exterior caretaker who will provide you with purified water (at no charge) and will be on call to assist you. Maid services are provided before and after your arrival. Additional maid services may be contracted directly with our caretaker's wife for a very reasonable fee.

All of our Puerto Vallarta vacation rentals have furnished kitchens, including a microwave, blender, coffeemaker, etc. All homes also have cable television with English and Spanish speaking channels.

We accept personal or bank checks in US funds. Rates are from only $18 per day. We have four rentals at the Mission San Francisco Homes: The Casa Grande @ $88-$107 per night, the Courtyard Home @ $52-$64 per night, the Cabana @$18 -$24 per night and the GuestHouse Studio @ $18-$24 per night. Note the the rate is even MORE unbelievable when one takes into consideration that for long term stays, every 4th week is ABSOLUTELY FREE.
