Why did we choose the 4th floor, when we had the choice of ANY of 23 floors? After talking with dozens of Realtors, Developers and Vacationers they told us their secret reasons:-You get an AWESOME view of the ocean!-You feel much more connected to the Water and the Beach.-This is considered a 'white-water' floor, which is close enough to the water to actually see the water's white caps (Very Cool View).-You are low enough to hear the relaxing, romantic ocean waves lapping the shoreline.-You can see and identify people on the beach.-Easier and quicker access to beach.-You don't get this 'fear factor' when you look over the balcony or when children are on the balcony, as you do when you are higher floors.-Although there is Elevator access to each floor, you're low enough to conveniently and effortlessly use the stairwell, instead of having to wait on elevators.-In the unlikely event of an emergency, you need not rely on elevators.
