It has multiple terraces and fire places, spectacular sun rooms, a large master bedroom suite, and attached to other suites it can have up to 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a beamed living/dining room, and double oven kitchen, BBQ, and laundry room, and a dock for your kayac.

Our Master suite has a living room or sleeping room with a fire place, a deck with a panoramic view of the water, a master bedroom, bath and European galley kitchen.

You are greeted by beautiful waterscape views on this tranquil riverfront location, yet you are two minutes walk to restaurants, shops, or a stroll to the beach.

Wakeup in your suite and enjoy your own accommodations, or just a minute away, have breakfast at the best bakery within miles. Later take a stroll to the beach, use our new dock to ride your kayak on the river for a nature trip, or a walk across the river bridge to Kennebunkport Docksqare. Then, after some shopping, a look at the historic village, and an ice cream cone, at the bridge take home some lobsters and cook them up back at your summer vacation “place”, or get your kids to eat at a fun restaurant nearby. You may consider having diner by yourselves at a world-class restaurant (Huricanes, Big Fish or The White Barn Inn restaurant) just a romantic walk away.Our accommodations are perfect for multiple week stays. The size can be adapted to the number of people joining your party. It also permits kids to have their own “space” and still being in the same vacation “home”.

Accommodations are available for a minimum of 3 day stays. The rates are from $900 to $3750 per week. A cook or maid service may be arranged.
