At Eagle's Nest you are immersed in the incredible wild nature of B.C., and still only 20 minutes from Downtown Vancouver! We are at the foot of Mount Seymour, a great ski hill and 2010 Olympic Venue. You can access incredible hikes from your doorstep through forest, kayaking and boating up Indian Arm, and many more great outdoors adventures while having easy access to the city.
You have a beautiful, quiet, bright, spacious home, on a huge property with a mountain stream, all to yourselves. The architect owner has lovingly remodeled her prize home, preserving the rich warmth of the Cedar walls and exposed beams, and taking advantage of the amazing views over Deep Cove which you can see from the panoramic windows, the big, wide deck, and the outdoor hot-tub. It is such a delight to soak in the hot-tub beneath the stars, away from city lights, and return to a wood fire in the comfort of your Deep Cove home.
These views are enthusiastically declared, by all who visit, to be of the best in Vancouver; the tall, ancient forests, pristine mountains and islands, and the calm sparkling ocean. You can watch bald eagles, hawks and humming birds, and you might even be lucky enough to see a bear!
We provide all the amenities you need for self-catering, so that you can be self- sufficient and economical, withoutpaying the charges hotels surprise you with. We include great furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and laundryroom, fresh linens and towels, and a package with maps, information, and tips to help you acclimatize. All utilitiesand services are all free and unlimited, including; TV with cable, computer with high-speed wireless internet,and a telephone with long distance calls!!!

the beautiful baden powell trail can be accessed just steps away from eagle's nest, which leads you through majestic douglas fir forest and over gurgling streams, up to 'the rock'; a clearing high above Indian arm inlet where eagles soar over this magnificent spacious landscape.
our local mountains offer world class recreation facilities, including snow sports, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, fishing, golfing, winter olympic venues, and more. popular sight-seeing spots include a gondola and suspension bridge, and there is plenty of shopping, and excellent cuisine from around the world. all of these can be reached within a 10 minute drive from eagles nest.

We hiked the trail to the rock, and sailed up indian arm, as you had reccommended, and Oh My God! It is so gorgeous here that it took my breath away. We spent most of our evenings barbequeing on the balcony, and melting our nerves in the garden hot-tub with beers, ahhhh!.... Mainly we just sat around a lot and soaked up the view.
