The extended deck offers plenty of sunbathing space and is a perfect spot for adults to sit back, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine while the children have lots of fun in the pool or if you prefer the Jacuzzi spa is another perfect way to unwind and relax at the end of a fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. Furniture and accessories included as well as a 52' HDTV with Digital Cable. There are Flat Panel TVs and DVD players in the 2 Master Bedroom Suites and in the 1 Bedroom Queen Suite. The other 2 twin bed themed rooms in this Kissimmee vacation home have TVs and DVD Players. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room if needed. A Playstation 2 and *FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND INTERNET* are also provided. All rooms have their own bathrooms either adjoining or next to the room – so there won’t be any fighting on who wants to use the bathroom!!!

As you enter the Kissimmee house the floor area is fully tiled and leads though to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron and iron board, everything you need to rustle up a quick snack or prepare a family feast.....

All linen and towels are provided in each bedroom and bathroom. This Florida vacation house is professionally cleaned and managed, with 24-hour emergency service.
