A Disney Vacation Home - Kissimmee Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Personal checks will be accepted only for reservations made 45 days plus in advance.
Receipt of payments will be mailed to guests

A deposit of $100 (non-refundable) must be received. The deposit will be credited to your final balance (45 days prior to your arrival).
Any request to change a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability. We will try to accommodate you when possible.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival date will be refunded in full (subject to an administrative fee of $35.00).
Any cancellation made 29 days or less prior to arrival date will be refunded at 50% of the full amount.
Cancellation 24 hours before arrival date are ineligible for refund.
Add an Extra $15 per night for Christmas, Easter July/August . Florida taxes are payable at the current rate.
