It’s a serene setting, yet features the space and amenities to host a couple hundred of your best friends. There is a gas BBQ, a fire pit, television and fabulous swimming pool! You may just want to pour yourself a cool-one, relax, and watch your pet explore the fenced yard as he thanks you for allowing him to come along to this pet-friendly Shangri-la with his family.
The large, comfortably furnished living room has a stereo, wide screen TV and fireplace. Along with a game table along with cards and poker chips, there is a small bar between the living room and kitchen, fully complimented with bar ware. The newly decorated kitchen is very well equipped. Beyond the kitchen is a large billiards room with a professional, high quality pool table and redecorated full bathroom.
There are two master sized bedrooms. In one bedroom, there is a pair of single beds, which can be made-up together as a king, or used separately as twins. Outside this bedroom is a sunroom, with another TV, overlooking the back yard and equipped with an exercise bike. A roll-a-way bed can easily be set up in this sun room. Airbeds are also available. At the opposite end of the house is the huge master bedroom with a new, plush king size bed, another television/living room area, and walk-in closet. The huge full bathroom connected to this bedroom has tons of additional closet area.
The house is offered “turn-key. There’s a utility room just outside the gallery hallway with a washer and dryer, and is stocked with cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and vacuum. The dresser in this room also contains cleaning rags, pool towels, and tools.
The best part about the whole arrangement is that a proud, caring owner lives right next door, with a full time property manager on staff. This means that most anything you need, will immediately be delivered, and any problems immediately solved. We are well equipped for large parties, and anything you might need from dishes, bar ware, tables, chairs, airbeds, etc., it’s all available for you to use. We do not want one minute of your valuable vacation time wasted trying to resolve undesired situations.
PS. Our home, next door, is a one plus acre sanctuary for birds. We love and adore our small dogs, Koi fish, Flamingos and various parrots. Our parrots are very happy to be alive and sometimes get carried away expressing their joy.
