The granite topped kitchen is fully equipped & overlooks the beautiful lake. The well-appointed dining area opens onto the spacious lanai with a glass-top table & four chairs, which overlooks the beautiful lake, fountain & pool area.
The laundry facilities include a fullsize washer & dryer, and an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
The beautiful slate dining table with luxurious leather chairs seats 6 people so entertaining is a must!
Downstairs you'll also find a WC cloakroom & door to the integral garage which has a remote controlled door opener..
Upstairs there are three very spacious bedrooms... the master bedroom has a million dollar view of the lake, a queen-sized bed, walk in closet and ensuite with tub. The double bedroom is situated at the front of the house & has a fantastic bay window & walk-in closet. The large twin bedroom is also at the front of the house & has a built-in wardrobe.
