Located in a six apartment building facing a treed courtyard on one side and a quiet, one-way street on the other, the fully furnished Paris apartment is approached from the street by two coded doors and is entered through a steel security door opening into a central hallway leading to a large walk-in closet. On the right, overlooking the courtyard, is the bathroom, kitchen (full gas stove with oven, counter-top refrigerator and freezer, microwave), two bed bedroom. To the left, overlooking rue Cantagrel, is the living-dining room and larger bedroom with a double bed; both of these rooms include a working desk. There is TV, DVD player, and high speed internet access.

The walls of this Paris accommodation are thick with high ceiling, and the floors of wood. Four of the rooms have large, shuttered windows, allowing a free flow of air. All rooms have doors for privacy, four of which are partially glassed to increase the natural lighting. Gas heat with individually controlled radiators in each room.

The Paris vacation apartment has a small courtyard and a gated entrance to the street. The front entrance is accessed via a small courtyard.

Paris, the city which is generally regarded as the most romantic in the world, is packed with places of interest; historical, cultural and gastronomical, with a host of world famous attractions. Ascend the Eiffel Tower for a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, or a boat trip on the River Seine. Visit the Louvre and see the world famous Mona Lisa, take the Da Vinci Code Tour, or visit the Picasso or Rodin museums. There is the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, and the Basilique de Sacre-Coeur. Excellent restaurants, fabulous shopping, boulevard cafés and nightlife. Outside Paris, there is Disneyland, and the Palace of Versailles; the list of attractions goes on and on. One week will hardly be enough to discover all that Paris has to offer!

Getting there

There are airports at Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris Orly, and the Eurostar terminal is at the Gare de Nord.

The apartment is served by the Line 14 Metro and is close to the Gare de Lyon rail station. Central Paris and its visitor attractions are 5 minutes away via the metro.

700 euros weekly with rates negotiable for rental period of more than four weeks.

Security deposit negotiable determined, in part, by length of rental period.
