Enjoy the freedom to be who you are within our luxurious accommodations and within our unique beach resort town. Our Bed and Breakfast Hotel, which is a member of the Distinctive Inns of Provincetown, has one of Provincetown Massachusetts' largest outdoor living areas located on Commercial Street and the homes are historical landmarks having belonged to sea captains from the whaling days! We offer many of the amenities you'd find in a large hotel but within the comfort of a well appointed B&B providing you with the best resort stay available in a Provincetown vacation. During the summer, we are privy to entertainers and performers whom provide first hand previews to their shows right in front of the Prince Albert Guest House and along Commercial Street each afternoon. Guests enjoy relaxing in our courtyard, the best location in PTown to let the world pass by, people watch, and to enjoy the harbor views.

We are centrally located in the fashionable West End across from the Boatslip at the corner of Commercial and Central Streets. This allows walking access to great restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. We are also in walking distance to the beach, or a quick bike ride to Provincetown's coastline and the Cape Cod National Seashore, which offers some of the best beaches in the country! We welcome short and extended stays. The Prince Albert Guest House is also ideal for small parties, anniversaries and weddings!

Former Sea Captain's homes from the 19th century, both of these Inns have welcomed visitors for over 130 years, and earned the title of Provincetown's Crown Jewels! Previously known as Atlantic Shores, Four Bays Inn, Casablanca, the Captain and His Ship, Officers Quarters, and The Captains Inn ...2008 began a new era in which the two properties located at 164 and 166 Commercial Street merged into one entity now known as the Prince Albert Guest House. Offering 18 guest rooms with private baths, many offering oversized bay windows, water views, suites, private patios/decks, flat panel HDTV and views onto Commercial Street or of the Pilgrim Monument. Beautifully landscaped gardens are found amidst the sunning patios along the front of the inn, as well as private patios in the rear where we have a large hot tub*. Updated amenities include flat panel (LCD) TV, DVD players, i-Pod connection is available, air conditioning*, ceiling fans, mini-fridges and private baths!
