Paradise condominium is fully-equipped and situated on a breathtaking beach on the island of Cozumel, Mexico. The condo is tastefully appointed with artwork and hand-made furntiure crafted by local artists. This new complex is quiet with only 13 units in all, has a private, gated parking area, a private pool with ample decking for sun bathing and relaxing, rooftop terrace for large gatherings, and its own sandy beach with loungers. There are several small reefs located just off the beach providing terrific snorkeling in the warm, shallow, crystal clear Caribbean waters.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, and is situated directly between Playa Uvas beach club and Chankanaab Park. Enjoy a massage on the beach or swim the dolphins, the choice is yours! The condo is located south of town, which is just 5 minutes away by car, and only 10 minutes from the expansive, rugged beaches on the east side of the island.

Maid service is provided, along with all linens and utensils. If you need to wash some clothing or rinse your scuba / snorkeling gear, the condo is also equipped with its own washer and dryer. Stocking the condo with any food or drink you could desire is easy with a superstore located on the southern edge of town, just 5 minutes away. For anything else, our property manager is available daily.
