Brand new surf resort with ocean view. Newly decorated. Our famous neighbor is the world surf chamion Sofia Mulanovich. Great waves all year round. It is a modern and confortable new house. Completely furnished with state of the art equipment, two large refrigerators, plasma tvs, cable, sound system. Only 20 minutes from downtown Miraflores (Lima-Peru).
