Deposits
50% Deposit Required Once Rental Agreement Paperwork has been agreed upon. Final Payment with Security Deposit will be required in full 20 days prior to arrival
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 21 days prior to arrival, however, the deposit will not be reimburesed. If a cancellation is made post 20 days from arrival, rental will be required for 80% of rental stay. Security Deposit will be returned at this time.
