$150 REFUNDABLE security deposit. I ask that you send 1/2 rent to reserve. Then you can send 1/2 rent + depsosit at least one week prior to your stay.
I will return 100% of deposit if the property is re-rented or if cancellation is made 30 days in advance. Owner reserves the right to keep the deposit or return a protion of the deposit for last minute cancellations
All taxes are included in the price. No cleaning fee, but cleaning person does not do laundry! You can bring your own linens/towels or you can use the house Linens/towels, but tenant is to wash and return all linens/towels used to the closets. A laundry fee can be established PRIOR to checkout.
