St John Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Deposits
50% deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation
No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will eb refunded less a 10% fee based on the total rental amount. Reservations cancelled 90 days or less before arrival will incur and additional 10% penalty
