Terms & Conditions of Comfy Cactus Casita / Tucson Condo

Checks, cash, major credit cards. Sixty days before arrival, 50 pct of rental is required. The advance payment is applied toward rent. Deposits
Reservation deposit of $300 which automatically converts to a security deposit upon your arrival. This deposit is refundable within fourteen days of your departure.

Cancellation
Cancellations made 60 days prior or more than 60 days prior to planned arrival are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of planned arrival date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment and reservation deposit unless waived by the owner.

& Taxes
Exit cleaning fee of $75 is required for any length of stay.
