We accept Visa, MC, and Discover through PayPal. It is not required for you to have an account with PayPal to use PayPal to make your payment.
* We accept Checks (received no less than 10 days before arrival)
* We accept Credit Cards, and Pay Pal for deposits and advance payments.
* Cash is accepted at check.
Deposits
$200 Security Deposit required to hold your reservation. This fully refundable when property is returned with no damage.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 days (via credit card credit or check) or upon checkout – if Cash payment.
Cancellation
Cancellations are required 2 weeks before the arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, refunded within 5 days of the cancellation date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit deposit (Full advanced rental fees will be refunded).
& Taxes

The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed stay at the bird house in mid-month September. The house was nicely setup and furnished. The street it is on is very quite and is located in a residential area. But is close to the beach and everything else on Galveston. We will recommend this to friends and relatives that want a quite place to stay in Galveston away from the Hotel and Condo noise and hassles. This will be high on our places to stay in Galveston.
