THE VILLA has wonderfull porch where to enjoy a spectacular view on rolling hills panorama (about 60 sm). Over it same size sunterrace accessible from two rooms.Inside a large main hall with dining table for formal meals, armchairs and sofa, ample fireplace where to relax in front of digital sat TV (Playstation 2, DVD, Stereo). Apple computer with internet connection available. Plenty of brochures and informations about events, restaurants, thermal SPA, tours, restaurants in the local area are available for your turistic excursions.Next to main hall the kitchen room is equiped with best facilities: complete sets of dishes and glasses, dishwasher, large fridge, 5 point gas, electric large woven, microwave, and many kitchen tools to prepare your meal at home.Open air pergola, next to the kitchen, furnished with stone table and benches; a second hob for guests to cook and eat out in the open (a place fresh in the summer); Close to pergola laundry room with washing machine, a sink for laundry, and a second service fridge.
On the first floor are situated the four large double bedrooms, plus a single bed in the studio room, to accommodate up to 9 people. Rooms are finely furnished with double king size beds (high quality Silk cotton linens, blankets and duvets in the middle season, complete set of towels, everythink from the owner famous stock Pratino in Chiusi)
Close to Villa there is Annex: a small romantic open space like a loft, perfect to accomodate up to 3 people in a queen size bed plus a single facing at the fireplace and TV.The main room is about 40 sm, separated by a open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area.The kitchen room has all around windows looking the flowers garden, and has all equipment tools: dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more. Just outside the kitchen a small pergola with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, Wardrobe room.
The Annex is indipendent building from the Villa, the common court is shared.The garden around the property is colorfull of lavander and roses. Fruit trees and vegetables by season are for guests use (tomatos, strawberry, plums, grapewines, pears, cherry etc)
The entrance has remote controlled gate access, covered parking for 4 cars/motorcycles.
