Our Florida vacation home comes with 4 bedrooms 3-1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, executive kitchen and appliances, stainless steel, Jenn Air, and separate ice maker, wet bar, and family room with the media center all the bells and whistles. The west wing of the Marco Island vacation rental has two bedrooms and 1 bath. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and television, the 2nd guest room has twins and television. The guest bath has a tub and shower and double sinks. The third bedroom is also a guest room and we call it the library, and you have a beautiful queen bed for your guests. A half bath is located just steps away. The living room is a great place to entertain, however you have a sofa sleeper for your guests if so needed. Master suite is very, very large, plenty of room to relax on your king bed with views of the beautiful Marco River and all the beautiful sunrises in the morning. Or perhaps you enjoy reading a good book; well there is plenty of room in the lounge area. A desk and computer and fax machine is provided for you while you’re vacationing. The master bath is wonderful with double sinks, spa tub and walk in shower with atrium view. Loads of closet space is provided. The master suite also has its own flat screen television. Okay here is the best, the lanai and views. You have a lanai unmatched by any I have seen. It is 2500 square feet, the size of most homes. This is a second living space. That is what we do in Florida, live outside! The lanai is a wrap around view of every direction of Marco River, sunrises (the best ever) and magnificent sunsets (don’t forget the cheese and wine). A pool large enough for the whole family, spa tub with the pool, and a hot tub on the second level. Oh lets not forget the outdoor kitchen, yes you can move the meal to the lanai, pool bath and shower, oh I almost forgot the hammock, get your favorite book ready!

Okay that is not all. The pier and slips. The seawall is 260 feet long, very large! With this comes dockage for boats and wave runners not to forget fishing off the pier, some of the best! So pack your bags and come on down! Oops I forgot, more to tell you. We have a speed boat that can be used while you’re at the Marco Island vacation home too.
